At the age of 5 I was opportune to live with my socialized elder brothers after when I lost my Mum as a child in 2001, and my elder brothers are the type who cherish music so much, so I didn’t lack any kind of music at all as a child, so my best artist then was Michael Jackson because of the way he dance, even when I can’t give any explanation about what he was actually singing then, so when it comes to sometimes around 2002 to 2003 one of my elder brothers who traveled to west came back with 3 albums, Lucky Dube, African China, Damfo Driver, also some P Square songs.

so when I started listening to this songs that was when I finally understand that music itself is a means of communication, so I was like I can do this also, I started learning how to sing along, the first Artist’s song I knew how to sing was African China, so I started singing people’s songs until when my brother finally took me away from Benue State, to Ogun State to continue with my primary education, that was how I got bigger opportunity to watch children singing and dancing on TV, which encourages me more than every other thing, so I was fully adapted to 2face songs because my elder brother happens to be his fan.

in my class everyone including my teachers always immerging how a child of my size is managing to sing people’s songs up to this standard, so every year when it’s time for end of the year party, my school always gives me the opportunity to perform, even PTA meeting, so my head mistress always encourage my elder brother to push me forward, but he is not that financially gallant, so he doesn’t always take it serious, so when I got to primary 4, I was taken to Oyo State to go and finish my primary school in my another elder brother’s place, because none of them was financially balance before my mother died, that was how I got the opportunity to know Fuji music, and the life there is far different from the life in Ogun State and Lagos State, because when ever there is holiday I always leave to my sister’s place in Lagos until when school resume before I will come back to school in Ogun State, because school fees is too expensive in Lagos, so when I started listening to Fuji music that was how I forgot about the previous music that am always wishing to sing, I started singing my own songs in Fuji, when ever there are people around I always feel like to sing Fuji music, until when my brother’s landlord discuss my matter with my elder brother to hand me over to him, that he will sponsor my career in Fuji music, because they always call me to perform in any canival even in some school event due to what people always say about my talent, so my brother called the rest of the family member to let them know what his landlord discussed with him about me, that was how the issue of going back to my State started, I was in primary 5 then, they were like they should take me back to my State to acquire Northern education before it’s too late, that was how they took me back home in 2007 to write my comon entrance, then I started my secondary School after writing my comon entrance in my State, in few months I started forgetting Fuji music already because it’s no where to be found in my State, that was how I fell in love with Rappers, people like 50 Cent, Idris Abdulkarim, Mi Abaga and others, in my JSS 1 was when I wrote my first song, it was a rapping song, then I got the attention of one COPA Charles who is a music lover, when ever am on break he will call me, seat me down to freestyle for him and his colleagues, it’s always my pleasure, so I keep moving, going to shows they always gives me the opportunity to perform even when there is no song recorded by me, so what I normally do then was rapping on people’s instrumentals on stage, am always wanting to record my already written song but there was no money, so what I did was learning how to dance so that I can get the opportunity to perform in big shows since there is no money to record my own song that I can be performing in big shows, I started imitating P Square Usher, and Michael Jackson, in less than a year I have my own dancing crew called (Octave Dancers) we ware 6 in number, that was how I always get calls from Artists that want us to perform in their shows, before I know I became popular in my town, after some years when I got to SS 1 I decided to record a song by all means, that was how I come to found LBGW Music crew, we contributed money to record my already written rapping song title (Baddest) that was 2011, my money which I contributed was my school fees that my brother sent to me from Lagos, we recorded the song surprisingly we became known as Artists in my Local government and other nabouring LGA in my State.

Then we started making plans on how to record a danceable song since we have fans already, that was how I come to write my second song titled (Wine am 4 me), the song was a hit, we ware always featured in almost every show because of the song, my verse in the second track was singing, including the chorus line, instead of rapping that people know me for, that was how I got discouraged by my fans about rapping, which discouraged and changed me to a singer till date, then we keep going together, when I came up with the idea of recording third song was when the rest of my crew members started complaining that they are not Destin to be artist so they can’t go beyond anymore, that the main reason why people always credit me more than them is because music is not their line, of which I understand, that was how the crew collapse, so after my final year in secondary school, I came to Lagos to move on with my career, and when I viewed everything I still need more knowledge about entertainment industry, that was how I left back to my State after 1 year of hustling in Lagos to Apply for admission into Theatre Art department, I got the admission, I was one of the most hard working and popular artist in my department, I won many honors as awards in my department, before coming fully back to Lagos to move on with my career in January 2018 after my graduation in November 2017

Thank you.
